Therapy isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a courageous step toward understanding, healing, and growing into your strongest self.”

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps people process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. It’s effective in reducing the emotional impact of painful memories and promoting lasting relief.

Individual therapy

Individual therapy offers a supportive, one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It can help with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and personal growth—providing tools for insight, healing, and lasting change.

Couples therapy

Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen their connection. It provides a supportive space to explore challenges, rebuild trust, and grow together.

Family therapy

Family therapy is a type of counseling that helps family members improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationships. It focuses on understanding and addressing the dynamics within the family system to support healing and positive change for everyone involved.

My Approach & Philosophy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative and empowering process. At its core, my approach is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change when given the right support and environment.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. I view each person as the expert of their own life, and I see my role as a guide—someone who walks alongside you, helping to uncover patterns, build insight, and develop tools for navigating life’s challenges.

My work is strengths-based, meaning I focus not only on what’s difficult but also on what’s working, and how we can build on your resilience and inner resources. I tailor therapy to each individual or family, drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I believe that therapy can be a powerful space for transformation.
